NomadsToolsLab is a small, new site (online since May 2026). We write about the tools and gear that make remote life easier, and we would love to add voices that are not ours: your route, your mistakes, your favorite town, your lessons from the road.
What we are looking for
- A personal travel story or a practical guide from your own experience
- Digital nomad life, slow travel, a place you know well, a mistake that taught you something

- You email us an idea first
- We say yes or no
- Only after our yes, you write it
- We check it, and nothing goes online without our approval
Simple rules, in plain language
Short, so you know what to expect before you spend time writing.

- Your own, original work that is not published anywhere else
- Written from your own experience. Text made only by AI is not accepted
- 800 to 2,000 words
- At least 3 of your own photos that you have the rights to. No recognizable strangers without their permission
- We check facts and may edit for clarity, spelling and length
No advertising
- No paid links and no sponsored mentions
- No affiliate links of your own
- No product promotion
- We may add our own partner links where they fit, and if we do, we say so openly on the page
- We do not publish everything we receive, and nothing goes online without our approval
What you get
Credit
Your name and a short bio next to your article, plus one link to your own blog or social profile.
Honest expectations
There is no payment, and we cannot promise how many people will read it. What we do promise: your name stays on your work.
You stay the owner
Your story and photos remain yours. By sending a story you give NomadsToolsLab permission to:
- publish, edit and share your story and photos on this website, in our newsletter and on our social media
- use parts of your story in our own blog articles, with your name credited
You can ask us to take your story down at any time by emailing hello@nomadstoolslab.com.
